On 8 September 2017, the 25th International Defense Industry Exhibition (MSPO) ended in Kielce. The International Defense Industry Exhibition is an opportunity to meet with suppliers, customers and a chance to present the company on the international arena.

The 25th edition of the International Defense Industry Exhibition gathered over 600 companies from 27 countries around the world and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland during four days of the event. The fair was visited by over 40,000 visitors.
Among the guests of the event were: Antoni Macierewicz - Minister of National Defense, Pawel Soloch - Head of the National Security Bureau, Bartosz Kownacki - Secretary of State at the Defense Ministry, and numerous official delegations from Poland and abroad.

Traditionally, the Polish companies belonging to UTC also had their expositions. Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów, Pratt & Whitney AeroPower, UTAS Wrocław and UTIO Warszawa (P&W Military Engines) presented themselves at the joint exhibitor's stand. Among the exhibits presented were, among others, working mock-up engine and gearbox for Sokół helicopter and APU 3200 engine. Our stand stood out in the exhibition pavilion. It was visited, among others, by the representatives of the Polish Army and other customers from Poland and abroad, as well as Paul W. Jones., the U.S. Ambassador to Poland.

Pratt and Whitney AeroPower Rzeszów forms part of the United Technologies Corporation (UTC) incorporating leading companies operating in the aviation and industry sectors. Pratt & Whitney AeroPower Rzeszów is a leader in the field of design, assembly and repairs of APUs (Auxiliary Power Units). The Rzeszów factory was officially registered under the name Hamilton Sundstrand Poland Sp. z o.o. (HSP) on 8 December 2009. Recently, the company has changed its name from Hamilton Sundstrand Poland to the current one.
